We would like to hear Polka’s. Do you have more than just the typical “Beer Barrel Polka” or “Blue Skirt Waltz”?
Yes, with my Slovenian heritage and last name of Mivshek, polkas are a must including over 500 songs in the database. A side note, my late father Richard Mivshek lead the band “Polka Motion” playing accordian/vocals. I also had the opportunity to play the drums at a very young age. The other members included my Uncle Bob Mivshek on Banjo, Uncle John Mivshek on Bass, and Great Uncle Fritz Jerina on the Buttonbox. Grew up with polka at the Slovenic Hall and Knights of Columbus in Waukegan, IL at a very young age! Any questions? :)
